Tenille Davis, Pharm.D., R.Ph. - Pharmacist in Charge
Tenille Davis grew up in Idaho and went to pharmacy school at Idaho State University, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2005. Her first job was as a pharmacy technician at the age of 15 and she has worked in many different pharmacy modalities since then. She has been with Civic Center Pharmacy since 2008, and has been Pharmacist-in-Charge since 2014. Tenille is the Coordinator of The Compounding Academy, a special interest group within the Arizona Pharmacy Association, and is a PCCA C4 graduate as a Hormone Specialist. Areas of her professional interest include bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, pain management, and parenteral therapies. She lives in central Phoenix with her partner and twin daughters.
Matt Fisher, Pharm.D., R.Ph.
Matthew Fisher grew up on a farm in Northeast Nebraska and went to pharmacy school at Creighton University graduating with a PharmD in 2006. Prior to starting at Civic Center Pharmacy in 2018, he worked in a variety of retail settings including nine years as a pharmacy manager. Matthew’s professional interests include bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and men’s health. Matthew currently lives in Tempe where he enjoys spending time with his son
Michelle Nguyen, Pharm.D., R.Ph.
Michelle grew up in Toronto, Canada, and went to Ohio Northern University graduating with her PharmD in 2015. She came to the light side at Civic Center Pharmacy in 2021 and has been enjoying life ever since!
Erica Luiten, Pharm.D., R.Ph.
Erica Luiten is an Arizona native, born and raised in Tucson. She attended the University of Arizona for both her undergraduate and pharmacy educations, graduating with a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2012. During pharmacy school, she worked as an intern at a compounding pharmacy in Tucson. After graduation, she moved to the Phoenix area and worked in a retail setting for nearly 10 years, including 8 years as a pharmacy manager. Erica is very excited to be part of the Civic Center Pharmacy team and to get back to the practice of pharmacy compounding. When not working, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband Ken, two young daughters Eleanor and Edith, and dog Molly.
