Erica Luiten, Pharm.D., R.Ph. - Pharmacist in Charge
Erica Luiten is an Arizona native, born and raised in Tucson. She attended the University of Arizona for both her undergraduate and pharmacy educations, graduating with a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2012. During pharmacy school, she worked as an intern at a compounding pharmacy in Tucson. After graduation, she moved to the Phoenix area and worked in a retail setting for nearly 10 years, including 8 years as a pharmacy manager. Erica is very excited to be part of the Civic Center Pharmacy team and to get back to the practice of pharmacy compounding. When not working, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters, and her fluffy, cuddly dog.
Becky Dodge, Pharm.D., R.Ph.
Becky was born and raised in the beautiful Big Sky state. She also attended pharmacy school at the University of Montana where she obtained her Pharm D degree. Becky has had over 15 years of compounding experience ranging from nuclear pharmacy to sterile and nonsterile compounding to hormone consultations. She loves to be in the lab and involved in the science behind making custom medications for patients and also helping them achieve their health goals. In her free time, Becky loves to golf, watch NHL games and travel. But mostly, spending time with her friends and family is what she cherishes most.
Emily O., Pharm.D., R.Ph.
Emily was raised in Arizona and began her pharmacy journey as a pharmacy technician trainee in 2005. She graduated from Midwestern College of Pharmacy - Glendale with honors in 2011. After 12 years working in retail pharmacy, 4 years in long-term care pharmacy, and 2 years in mental healthcare pharmacy, she was intrigued by the customizability of compounding and joined the team at Civic Center Pharmacy. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her 2 young children, snuggling up with a good mystery novel, and being outdoors in the sunshine and fresh air.
Molly P. Pharm.D., R.Ph.
Molly grew up in Kansas City Missouri and attended pharmacy school at the University of Missouri- Kansas City. She is passionate about compounding medications for humans as well as our furry, feathered, or scaled friends. Outside of the pharmacy, you can find her hiking, camping, or paddle boarding with her dog, Dexter.
Michael Papenthien, Pharm.D., R.Ph.
Michael grew up in Richfield, Wisconsin and went to Concordia University of Wisconsin. He graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2018 and moved to Arizona in 2019. Michael started at Civic Center in 2024 and has been loving it ever since.
Sargon Nadirsha, Pharm.D., RPh.
Sargon Nadirsha was born and raised in Chicago before moving to Scottsdale in 1997. He attended Arizona State University and later earned his pharmacy degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove. In his free time, he enjoys attending car shows, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with his family.
Kalli Blackburn, Pharm.D., RPh.
Kalli is an Arizona native who grew up in Payson, AZ. She earned her bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Arizona State University, followed by her Doctor of Pharmacy from South University in Columbia, SC, in 2015. She has worked in the pharmacy field since the age of 18, gaining extensive experience across 12 years in retail pharmacy, 6 years in veterinary compounding, and now serving with Civic Center for the past year. Outside of work, Kalli loves spending time with her husband, their two young boys, and the family pets. She enjoys being outdoors, exploring new places, and traveling whenever she can.
Alyssa Spavor, Pharm.D., RPh.
Alyssa Spavor was born and raised in Ontario, Canada, before moving to Arizona in 2017 to pursue her pharmacy education. She graduated from Midwestern University College of Pharmacy in 2020 and began her career in veterinary compounding pharmacy. In early 2025, she joined Civic Center, bringing her passion for patient care and specialized pharmacy experience to the team. Outside of work, Alyssa is deeply involved in local dog rescues and has fostered many pups—two of whom became beloved permanent members of her family. She also enjoys hockey, camping, and never turns down a good poutine.
