Hormone Consultation Overview:
A hormone consultation is a personalized, one-on-one session between a pharmacist and patient that provides a comprehensive review of the patient’s hormone health, based on current symptoms, medical history, and lab results. Following the consultation, the pharmacist will provide individualized recommendations for hormone therapy or supportive treatments to the patient’s medical provider for review and approval.
